Welcome to campus

Visit Case Western Reserve University's uniquely urban campus, located in the heart of Cleveland's cultural hub, University Circle. Plan your trip:

The entire country is realizing something the 2.5 million people living in Greater Cleveland have known for years - that this is an exceptional city in which to work, live and learn. In fact, Cleveland was named the United States' 12th most livable city among 333 rated in the new edition of Prentice Hall's Places Rated Almanac. Noted favorably were its health care institutions, the arts, and the four-seasons climate.

In addition, Cleveland is home to 30 Fortune 500 companies that are characteristic of its healthy, diversified economy. Cleveland is strong in biomedical technology, polymers, electronics, manufacturing, and publishing. Its extensive service industries include major law and accounting firms, banks, and health care institutions.

Downtown Cleveland has undergone a renaissance during the past decade, and now offers a range of attractions to rival any city in the nation. Visitors marvel at assets including the Cleveland Museum of Art, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Great Lakes Science Center, and first-rate professional sports including Indians baseball, Cleveland Browns football, Cavaliers basketball, and Lumberjacks hockey. Night life features a variety of theater and dance options in Playhouse Square as well as the popular riverfront clubs of the Flats and a variety of restaurants and bistros offering live music.
