You may apply to the program online. The online form contains detailed
instructions. See the Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
Your application consists of the following parts:
- The completed application form (either online or paper).
- Official transcripts of undergraduate and graduate coursework. These should be sent to the program office below. If you submit a transcript with your paper application, the transcript must be in a sealed envelope from your university.
- Official scores of the GRE exam. Please have your scores sent directly to the program (Institution Code 1105, Department Code 0299).
- Official score from the TOEFL exam if your are applying from a foreign country (unless you are from an English-speaking country or you attend(ed) a college where the instruction was in English. Please have your score sent directly to the program (Institution Code 1105, Department Code 45).
- Three letters of recommendation. You will be able to submit recommendation requests via the online application. If you are submitting a paper application, the evaluation forms may be downloaded as a PDF. Please give the forms to the respondents and have them send the letters directly to the program office.
- Application fee (US $50). If you submit an online application, you may pay by check or credit card. We can only accept checks with paper applications.
