2005 Annual Workshop Highlights
Highlights of the 2005 Annual Workshop:
- Over 200 attendees
- About half of the attendees were K-12 youth
- Keynote speaker Travis Wright, board member of the Points of Light Foundation
- 26 breakout sessions (including 6 roundtables and 15 with youth presenters)

According to attendees, the most valuable part of the day was:
- The most valuable part was when our students regrouped at lunch and had a brainstorming session. After the first two sessions, we were on a roll with ideas. [student]
- Breakout sessions and the opportunity to network regarding service learning (especially towards academic standards content). [adult]
- The presentations in the breakout sessions were exceptional. [student]
- All valuable - love the presentations by students. [adult]
- The exhibit area was good. I got to meet lots of people and form good connections. [student]
