Alumna Sondra Reis featured in The Nonprofit Quarterly
In an article entitled "Nonprofit Management Degrees: Know what you want and how to get it" in its 2006 Education Supplement, The Nonprofit Quarterly interviewed graduates about their investment in nonprofit management education. Among the nonprofit leaders featured was Sondra Reis, MNO '02, Associate Director for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.
In the article, Reis discussed how she decided on a nonprofit management degree, and the Mandel Center in particular. She also explained that she found her fellow students to be "active consumers" in that they were very involved in and vocal about their studies. Reis also told The Nonprofit Quarterly about the Mandel Center's interest in receiving student input, especially around issues concerning the curriculum.
