In this course, we will review legislative and case law to study the history of reproductive rights in America. We will examine, among others, the Comstock Act, Roe v Wade, Planned Parenthood v Casey, and most recently, Dobbs v Jackson. Now that the regulation of abortion has been returned to the states, what does this portend for reproductive rights in America?
