Liz grew up in San Diego, California and earned her B.A. with honors from the University of California, Irvine before completing her MA in Women and Gender Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Liz seeks to advocate and support all LGBTQIA students, faculty, staff and alumni by providing them with resources, connections and information. She also provides the Safe Zone workshops to campus constituents every semester, with almost 400 individuals having completed the workshop since the program’s inception in March 2010. Her office is located in the LGBT Center on the east end of the new Tinkham Veale University Center, and she welcomes all visitors either by appointment or drop-in. In her spare time Liz attempts to perfect her butterfly swim stroke, make copious amounts of her signature guacamole and hang out with her partner and close friends.

Tyler is a senior BS/MS student from Avon Lake, Ohio currently studying biomedical engineering. Tyler leads the Safe Zone program for students, and manages the LGBT Center's website. He enjoys listening to country music and reading horror stories in his spare time. This is Tyler's third year working at the LGBT Center.

Sue is from Fort Worth, Texas and makes a lot of jokes about it. She is a sophomore majoring in Marketing and minoring in approximately four other things, among them, Arabic. She runs a fashion blog and plays lots of board and video games in her free time.

Jeremy is originally from Long Island, New York. He is currently studying his second year of chemical engineering. He likes horror movies, dolphins, and horror movies about dolphins. He enjoys a good conversation and helping people out, so be sure to stop by to chat!

Rya is majoring in Communication Sciences, Psychology, and English. She is a long-standing member of Spectrum's executive board, VP new member educator for AXO, and a SMARRT presentor on sexual assault support and prevention. After falling in love with her extra curricular involvement, she plans to pursue a career in nonprofit administration.

Carolyn is originally from Toledo, Ohio. She is currently in her second year at the Weatherhead School of Business, studying accounting. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar, golf, and being with friends. So stop by in the new LGBT Center to talk!

Vincenzo is a sophomore from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio double majoring in music performance for flute and biology on the pre-dental track. If that isn't crazy enough, he is also an active member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, secretary of the Pre-Dental Society, and a student leader of Newman Campus Ministry. He loves to make new friends, so stop by the LGBT Center and say hello this year!
