Admission decisions are made beginning in December. We make most admission decisions between Dec. 15 and June 15. As vacancies occur up to the date of registration, we draw the best qualified candidates from the waiting list.
To be considered as an applicant for the LL.M. program, a candidate must submit:
Accepted applicants will be required to submit a nonrefundable deposit in order to secure their position in the class. The deposit is deductible from the first semester's tuition.
Candidates must have at least a foreign university-level degree in law and a TOEFL of 90 (213, 570) or IELTS of 6.5. Candidates whose TOEFL or IELTS scores do not meet the criteria, but otherwise have excellent academic and professional credentials, may be granted conditional admission with additional English language study and/or completion of our Summer Language and Law Institute.
