Students should bring Caller-ID capable telephones to enjoy all of the functionality of VoIP for analog telephone users.
If your analog phone does not work in one residence hall faceplate, try plugging it into another faceplate. In rooms with two faceplates, we have only activated telephone service on one of the faceplates.
