Unified Messaging users can control additional features on their line by going to the Communité UM setup page at http://um.case.edu/communite/.
Case users can sign into the Communité log in page with their Case User ID (abc123) and their Case password. No new user name or password is needed for this site.
On the Interaction Rules page, users can create rules for how their calls and messages are handled. Click on Interaction Rules Help and Show to see all of the choices in this menu.
On the tool bar at the top of the Communité page, click on Options and then Telephone Interface. This page lets you decide what you and your caller hear when you call into the system. For example, the system can tell you how many new and save voicemail messages you have and how many new and saved email messages. Or, you can turn that feature off. Also on this page are options to change the order that messages are played back for you,
, and options for Mailbox Greetings: to play your name and your status to the caller. (I recommend that you uncheck both these boxes.) If you make any changes, remember to click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. |
