Technical Support offers high-quality system administration services at a modest price. If your group or department needs a System Administrator, you might consider:

  • How much will it cost you to find, interview, and hire the right person?
  • Will you feel confident in his or her technical ability and consulting skill?
  • Do you need a full-time sysadmin? Can you afford one?
  • Will your System Administrator work in direct contact with the people who run the CASE enterprise infrastructure?

We provide top-notch system administrators, working under the aegis of CASE Information Technology Services, at the number of hours per week that suits your requirements.

The School of Dentistry, looking to significantly improve our return on IT investment, switched from in-house IT staff to system administrators provided by ITS Premium Support. Because of their strong technical backgrounds, professionalism, and direct involvement with ITS, their impact was felt very quickly. Our systems are continually modernized and standardized in keeping with ITS recommendations. Our faculty and staff have noticed that, more than ever before, our computers help us do our work.

We meet frequently with our sysadmins to discuss ongoing projects and determine priorities for large-scale problems, and we receive weekly status updates by email. They attend ITS meetings and are privy to the latest news. The School of Dentistry is able to make the best possible use of Case's technological resources because the lines of communication are open.

ITS Premium Support is a relatively new program at Case. We feel it has already proven its value.
