- Priya Junnar joined ITS as a Communications Manger on May 3, 2004.
- Jennifer Westfall joined ITS as an Applications Developer on the ERP project on April 19, 2004.
- Daniel Kowall joined ITS as Data Warehouse Delivery Analyst on the ERP project on April 12, 2004.
- Nathan Murphy joined ITS as an Applications Developer on the ERP project on March 1, 2004.
- Megan Linos (Wu) joined ITS as an Instructional Designer on January 5, 2004.
- Timothy Van Oss joined ITS as a Unix Systems Engineer on December 15, 2003
- Kenneth Adams joined the EAS as an Applications Developer on November 24, 2003
- Alan Hauptman has been promoted to Manager of Database Administration effective November 1, 2003.
- Robert Sopko joined ITS as an E-Mall Manager on September 22, 2003.
- Linda Esdon joined the Enterprise Applications Services Group as an Applications Developer on September 15, 2003.
- Aaron Shaffer and Eric Taylor joined the Customer Service & Support Group as Computer Support Specialists on September 2, 2003.
- Amitai Schlair joined the Customer Service and Support Group as a Windows Administration Support Specialist on July 23, 2003.
- Bob Tuhacek was named Telephone Services Manager. His promotion is effective July 1, 2003.
- Benjamin Hrouda joined the Customer Service & Support Group as a Computer Hardware Support Specialist on June 24, 2003.
- Thomas Sterin joined the Enterprise Applications Group as a Webmaster on May 20, 2003
- Nan Alexander joined the ITAC group as a Department Assistant on April 9, 2003.
- Wendy Shapiro joined the ITAC Group as Director on February 18, 2003
- Richard Parkin joined the Administrative Applications Group as a Applications Development Manager on January 15, 2003.
- Chris Sciulli was named Assistant Vice President for Information Services. Her promotion is effective January 3, 2003

- Gaynell Rhodes joined the Customer Service Group as a Telephone Operator on September 16, 2002.
- Tim Hickernell joined the Customer Service Group as a Telecommunications Technician on September 9, 2002.
- Hunter Hammersen joined the Customer Service Group as a Help Desk Consultant on September 3, 2002.
- Colleen Nagy was named Director of Administrative Applications. Colleen will provide overall leadership for the Administrative Applications Group which provides computer application support of institutional based systems for academic and administrative areas. Her promotion is effective September 1, 2002.
