Case Google Apps is a new collaboration suite of services that includes a 7+ GB case.edu email account, a Google calendar, access to Google Sites, and Google Talk (IM). Students have already been moved to Google Apps.
Faculty, Staff, Alumni, and affiliates should move themselves to Google Apps before February, 2010.
1. To sign up for Google Apps, follow this provisioning link.
2. Sign in using your Case User ID and password. Choose the radio button Send my Case email to Google Apps (webmail.case.edu). Click the Save button.
3. Type in your password twice. Click Reset Password.
4. Log into Google at http://webmail.case.edu and agree to the Terms of Service.
