The Program Management Office (PMO) is a service organization within Information Technology Services. The PMO partners with customers and project teams to provide guidance, establish best practices, and promote consistent project standards.
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources, technology and cost to bring about the successful completion of project goals. Projects are managed and assessed in terms of strategic alignment by means of portfolio project management. Active projects report progress on a weekly schedule and updates are applied to the project portfolio. Below is a snapshot of the current portfolio.
