Program Management Office

PMO Mission

To provide a solid foundation for Case Information Technology Service's projects by creating an environment of project management professionalism where:

• Project success is the norm.
• Project treams are proud of their work.
• ITS stakeholders reap the benefits of a carefully planned investment.
• The campus community winds through improved service or lower cost.

PMO Goals

Develop and maintain standard project management practices and guidelines for ITS.

Monitor ITS projects to verify that communication between project teams and customers is ongoing, relevant, and effective, and that project teams continue to deliver value to their customers despite changes in customer circumstances.

Provide training and mentoring to current and potential project managers within ITS. A focus will be on management skills that foster collaboration, consensus building, project management, and value delivery.
