The password change policy only affects alumni with existing Case Online Services accounts. Case Online Services includes access to the Alumni Directory and e-mail forwarding; it also helps simplify the online giving process.
If you do not use these services and have not set-up a Case Online Services account, you will not be affected by the new password policy.
If you would like to set-up a Case Online Service account, you can sign-up at: https://www.cwru.edu/cgi-bin/cwruser-application-ssl.pl
If you think you already have an account, but cannot remember your Case Network ID, please go to https://www.cwru.edu/cgi-bin/cwruser-application-ssl.pl and follow the prompts. The system will then return the ID previously assigned to you. After retrieving your Case Network ID, don't forget to change your password to comply with the new policy.
