Ahead of the Curve

This inaugural session of Ahead of the Curve: Technology, Leadership, and Education was broadcast and webcast from Case Western Reserve University with the support of local PBS affiliate WVIZ, Ideastream, and the No Strings Attached Conference. The program contains a mixture of panel discussion and interviews with people from varied disciplines. The discussion will be run by Casey Green, head of the Campus Computing Project and Anne Keehn, Principal with Quantum. Other panelists and interviewees include CASE CIO Lev Gonick, Drexel University President Constantine Papadakis, Frank Samuel, Technology Advisor to the Governor of Ohio, University of Akron CIO Tom Gaylord, and Ruth Greenburg of the University of Louisville. They covered topics including, the benefits to a university from a wireless network, managing copyrights, and various policy issues for higher education and government.
