Due to recent changes within the university's resource allocation ITAC\MediaVision (formerly AV Services) will no longer be able to provide the delivery of AV equipment to classrooms. In order to maximize our resources, we will be redirecting our attention to support the university's 130 Technology Enhanced Classrooms. Wherever possible, we will be providing the temporary installation of equipment within classrooms that do not already have permanently installed technology. If you will be teaching in a room that is not currently a TEC and require AV equipment, please call in your request to 368-3777. Please note that we will only be able to provide equipment as a semester loan as long as there is available inventory.

Welcome to Audio Visual Services.
AV Services provides traditional audio visual services for the CASE community. From classroom and meeting room support to large scale events such a commencement, AVS can provide a wide array of equipment, personnel and technical services to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide reliable AV support so our clients can concentrate on other aspects of their class or event.
