| Step 1 - UPLOAD FILES FROM YOUR OFFICE |

1. Go to the file upload web site at https://mv-web-secure.case.edu/tecupload/tecFileUpload.html and use your Case ID to login.
2. Choose the appropriate room and click on the "browse button" to locate the file. Then, click on the "Upload button" to upload the file to the Desktop PC in the TEC room. |
| Step 2 - TURN THE SYSTEM ON BY TOUCHING THE TOUCH PANEL SCREEN |

If the Touch Panel is black, also touch the screen to turn the system on. Please note that the system will take about 60 seconds to warm up. During this time, you will receive a "Please Wait" message and none of the features will be available. Once the system has warmed up, the main control screen will appear on the touch panel screen. |
| Step 3 - BLANK PROJECTOR SCREEN |

You may blank the projector screen before you are ready for the class by touch the "Blank Screen" button on the touch panel screen. Once you choose to blank the projector screen, students won't see anything on the projector. This is a good feature to use while setting up the teaching materials. |
Step 4 - SELECT THE PC OPTION |

1. Click on the PC Button on the touch panel. The PC desktop should appear on the computer screen on the teaching station.
2. Open the "upload file" folder to locate your files.
3. Click on the "Blank Screen" button to disable "Blank Screen" feature and start the lecture/presentation. |
