| Step 1 - HOOK UP THE POWER CORD AND THE CABLES |

1. Plug in the laptop power cord to the power strip outlet under the teaching station. (DO NOT TURN THE LAPTOP ON AT THIS TIME )
2. Connect the monitor cable from the teaching station to the monitor port on your laptop
3. Connect the network cable to the laptop in order to connect to the Internet. |
| Step 2 - TURN THE SYSTEM ON BY TOUCHING THE TOUCH PANEL SCREEN |

If the Touch Panel is black, also touch the screen to turn the system on. Please note that the system will take about 60 seconds to warm up. During this time, you will receive a "Please Wait" message and none of the features will be available. Once the system has warmed up, the main control screen will appear on the touch panel screen. (DO NOT TURN THE LAPTOP ON AT THIS TIME ) |
| Step 3 - BLANK PROJECTOR SCREEN |

You may blank the projector screen before you are ready for the class by touch the "Blank Screen" button on the touch panel screen. Once you choose to blank the projector screen, students won't see anything on the projector. This is a good feature to use while setting up the teaching materials. |
Step 4 - SELECT THE LAPTOP OPTION AND TURN THE LAPTOP ON |

1. Click on the Laptop Button on the touch panel
2. Turn on your laptop. Please view the laptop activity using the computer screen that is in the teaching station instead of the screen of your laptop to ensure the quality of student's view on the projector screen.
3. Click on the "Blank Screen" button to disable "Blank Screen" feature and start the lecture/presentation. |
