When you arrive a Technology Enhanced Classroom (TEC), you will find an embedded Touch Panel screen contains a screen saver in the Teaching Station.
| Step 1 - TURN THE SYSTEM ON BY TOUCHING THE TOUCH PANEL SCREEN |

If the Touch Panel is black, also touch the screen to turn the system on. Please note that the system will take about 60 seconds to warm up. During this time, you will receive a "Please Wait" message and none of the features will be available. Once the system has warmed up, the main control screen will appear on the touch panel screen. |
| Step 2 - BLANK PROJECTOR SCREEN |

You may blank the projector screen before you are ready for the class by touch the "Blank Screen" button on the touch panel screen. Once you choose to blank the projector screen, students won't see anything on the projector. This is a good feature to use while setting up the teaching materials. |
Step 3 - SELECT DOCUMENT CAMERA AND PLACE THE OBJECT |

1. Push the "DOC icon" on the touch panel screen
2. Replace the document or object on the write flat area of the equipment
3. Adjust the "Zoom setting" by touching the " IN" or " OUT" button. You can see the output result in the computer screen, which part of the Teaching Station. After everything all set, click on the "Blank Screen" button and start the lecture/presentation. |
Step 4 - ADJUSTING FOCUS AND IRIS SETTING |

Usually the focus and the iris (darker or brighter) setting are being adjust automatically by default. If in a certain situation you would like to adjust these settings, simply touching the appropriate button(s) on the touch panel screen and view the result in the computer screen. If it is necessary, touch the TEXT button when showing a text based document for better results. |
Step 5 - STORE IMAGES FOR LATER USE |

If you would like to save certain images that you have shown from the document camera for later use in the presentation/lecture, simply press the STORE button then any of the number buttons. You can save up to 9 images each time. To call the saved images back to the screen, simply press the appropriate number button. |
Step 6 - EXPORT AND SAVE IMAGES FOR FUTURE USE |

1.Click on the PC button on the touch panel screen
2. Select "Wolf Visualize" on the desktop and select "SAVE"
3. You can transport these images to a floppy disk or a USB memory stick. |
