TURN ON AND OFF THE SYSTEM

The TEC system can be turned on and off manually, though the system requires a 60 second warm up/cool down time if it is being turned on or off.

Turn the system on

When you first arrive at the classroom teaching station, the embedded touch panel screen contains a screen saver and may be black. If so, touch the screen to awaken it. Otherwise, touch the touch panel screen to turn the system on. The system will take 60 seconds to warm up. During this time, none of the features will be available.

Turn the system off

Selecting the "System Off" button will shut the TEC system down. It will request a confirmation before proceeding, in case it was selected unintentionally. The shutdown procedure has a 60 second delay before you can restart it again. Restarting the system will introduce an additional 60 second delay.
