Any Case faculty, student, or staff member who has a valid Case ID can upload files to the desktop PC in any TEC room from a remote location (such as home, office, hotel, etc.). All you need is a computer that is connected to the Internet.
1. Go to the File Upload web site at https://mv-web-secure.case.edu/tecupload/tecFileUpload.html
2. Login to the site using your Case ID and password
3. Choose a desired TEC room from the drop down menu (the room field)
4. Upload files by clicking on the "Browse" button. Click on the "Upload" button to send the files.
To check if the files are uploaded properly to the appropriate TEC room PC -
1. Choose the TEC room from the drop down menu (the station field)
2. Click on the "list" button
3. You should be able to see your file listed on the list. The file will listed like zzz99-test.doc (your case ID - the file name)
