FAQ - I cannot login to the course web site (I forgot the password).

There are a few possibilities that has caused your login failed.

1. Case ID and Password -
Both your Case ID and password are case sensitive. Your Case ID should be all lower case.

2. Forgot the password (Wrong password)
You can reset the password associated with your Case Network ID. If you have any questions, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 216-368-HELP, or email them at help@case.edu.

3. I don't remember what my Case ID is?
Have you ever active your Case ID? If not, please click here for more details. Otherwise, you can find out what your Case ID is from the online campus directory at http://cnswww.cns.cwru.edu/phone/phonebook/local/. Type in your fall name in the text box and choose "Short Format" before submitting the request. The first part of your email (before @) is your Case ID. For example: If your emails address is xyz23@case.edu or xyz23@po.cwru.edu, your case ID is xyz23.

4. I cannot login with correct CASE ID and password

If you cannot login by using both correct Case ID and password, please contact your instructor (TA) immediately. He/she needs to authorize your access by inputting your Case ID in the back end roster. If you need further assistance, please email to mediavision@case.edu
