Personal Information Editor

 

The Personal Information Editor is another useful Blackboard tool. You may provide additional personal information (address or phone number) as well as specify which information you want available to the public. NOTE: Using the Change Password option within this area will not change your password. If you wish to change your password, go to the ITS Password Change Page.

To find the Personal Information Editor, go to your My Institution page. Look under the list of Tools for Personal Information.

Edit Personal Information

Use the editor to change information regarding your name, e-mail address, gender, education level, and provide an address, phone numbers, and web site.
Note that any changes you make to this personal information are only for the purpose of the Blackboard system and will not result in a modification of the information the Registrar or Human Resources has on file for you!

Set Privacy Options

Each user may decide which of his/her personal information to make public, from e-mail address to phone number. Check the box by your selection and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
