ITAC Faculty Support provides customized Blackboard training for Case faculty. Please email us at facultysupport@case.edu for details.
2. Report a bug/ Receiving error messages
If you are experiencing some technical difficulties (such as receiving error messages, etc.), please send an email to blackboard@case.edu with a detailed description of your browsing experience and the error message details.
3. On-site support
ITAC provides one-on-one Blackboard on-site support for Case faculty. Please email us at facultysupport@case.edu for more details.
4. Need a quick answer
If you need to talk to someone about a simple Blackboard question/fix, please call 216-368-8600 between 10:00am - 4:00pm (Monday thru Friday).
