Director, Hecht Institute for State Child Welfare Planning, Wash., D.C.

Administrative responsibility for all work of the Institute. The primary work required interpretation of child welfare legislation and regulations for member agencies in the states. Planned and carried out regional meetings, provided consultation to public and private agency executives; published a semi-monthly newsletter; and represented the Child Welfare League at conferences and meetings throughout the country.

Consultant. Child Welfare Services Delivery Project.

Participated in writing of major publication, Overview of 25 States (Joint Project with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, Inc.)
Consultant. Provided technical assistance to a number of states regarding the implementation of a state subsidized adoption program.
Foster Care Specialist. Produced curriculum package to be used nationally to train foster parents. Conceptualized course goals, developed content and methods (with team). Provided consultation to agencies on implementation.
