Director, Flora Stone Mather Center for Women, Case Western Reserve University

Responsible for overall management and budgeting for the Center, supervision of staff and volunteers, extensive collaboration with academic units, student affairs, development office and community organizations. Leads staff in program planning and advocacy strategies. Extensive fund raising, marketing and community collaboration.

Responsible for all administrative aspects of the Department of Women's Studies, Religion Program, and Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) Program (The Religion and MALS programs are administratively connected but constitute separate entities.) Includes work with university administration, advancement, and other university units, budgeting, coordination of faculty workloads, faculty evaluation, event planning, marketing, public relations, directing the Plaza of Heroines project, fund-raising, and collaboration with the Women's Studies Community Council Advisory Board, a volunteer group whose mission is to increase visibility and raise funds for the Center. Strong community involvement.
