In conjunction with Case, PerceptIS provides world class IT support services to the Case Western Reserve University community. Our goal is to provide the finest technical service to everyone on campus. PerceptIS is new to Case and we are taking computer support to the next level. All of the services offered before will still be there – an improved call center, a website which gives you quick answers and personal service on-site or in our walk-in centers.
We pride ourselves on being customer-focused. With the advanced technical skills and experience of our staff, we are able to tackle even the most advanced problems. We understand your needs and strive to provide you with quick, reliable solutions. Through the partnership with the University, we will be able to customize your computing experience to meet your every need. Our Enterprise Service Center , Quick Response Team, and Premium Support services are always there to provide technical assistance. In addition, we provide solutions to incorporate technology seamlessly into your working environment. The Enterprise Service Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days week by phone, email, or via the World Wide Web. Additionally, you can visit our central walk-in center and satellite offices across campus for assistance.
