War Crimes Research Office Adds Kenya Piracy Court as Client

The Henry T. King, Jr. War Crimes Research Office has added the Kenya Piracy Court to its client list. Law students are preparing research memoranda for the Kenyan court on such issues as the definition of piracy, the rights of accused pirates and the legitimacy of the court. Read more >

Center for Research on Tibet Studies Tibetan History, Society, Culture, Language and Human Biology

In the College of Arts and Sciences, Professors Melvyn Goldstein and Cynthia Beall lead a long-term research and teaching project on Tibetan history, society, culture, language and human biology. The Center for Research on Tibet will soon publish a major online archive of research materials. Read more >

Internationalization Planning Process Underway

The Office of International Affairs is leading a planning process to support intentional internationalization of Case Western Reserve. Over 80 faculty, students and administrators are working over a period of 16 months to examine the current state of internationalization at the university, identify best practices, project future trends and develop strategic goals for the next three to five years and beyond.
