The student application and management system, called StudioAbroad, is a comprehensive study abroad database which tracks students from the initial application until they return from their study abroad experience. Faculty who are taking students on programs will have access to their courses through the system to help with the course set-up, the application design, and to manage their own student information.
While parts of the application is standard for all programs, faculty and staff have the option of adding questions, references, essays, etc. to their program applications. Students have information to fill out to apply, and then they can have information to submit after they have been accepted, such as passport information and flight itinerary. To see the basic items collected in the application, click here.
The Office of Education Abroad will work with you to set up and manage your program. We encourage anyone using the system to attend a StudioAbroad training session to get a complete overview of the system’s capabilities, the reports, and the best way to manage systems. Click here for specific instructions on how to login, set up a course, and run reports.
If you would like to receive a login to the system, contact Molly Watkins at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
