Deputy General Counsel and Chief Risk Management Officer, Office of General Counsel
Gabrielle Lincoff joined the Office of General Counsel in 2016. She provides strategic legal counsel on the university's complex risk management, business, and regulatory matters. Her portfolio includes managing institutional litigation and internal investigations, overseeing threat and crisis response, and leading university-wide initiatives related to federal compliance and campus climate. Previously, she practiced law within the Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at The George Washington University. Ms. Lincoff earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland and her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
