2000-2001 Annual Report

SUMMARY OF FACILITATION AND PLANNING METHODS

The Campus Services individual units; Security, Parking Operations, Access Services, Auxiliary Services, Custodial Services and Printing each met individually to review accomplishments and develop goals for 2001/02. Representatives of each unit then met to review the individual plans and finalize the overall Campus Services plan for 2001-02.

The basis for the development of the overall goals & objectives was the University "planning document" for 2001-2010, which outlines the priorities of learning, community, leadership, innovation and partnership.

The major planning objective of the Campus Services operation is to identify ways to continuously improve customer service, in order to enhance the quality of life at CWRU and maximize our contribution to the university's overall mission.
