Strengths
- Flexibility to adapt
to the changing needs of the university and react quickly to new
challenges.
- Strong customer service
orientation throughout all levels of the department.
Opportunities
- The new Facilities
& Operations customer service center presents the opportunity
to streamline communication regarding facility issues and to re-focus
the attention of the security dispatch center on emergency response
and basic security dispatching.
- The consulting studies
that we have undertaken (retail & food service) provide the opportunity
to completely rebuild the food service program and to add exciting
retail concepts to the campus environment.
