• Revenue Enhancement- Terminated the lease with UCI for Lot 55 which generated approximately $250,000 in increased revenue during FY 98/99 and will generate approximately $400,000 for 99/00.
• Cost Saving- Saved $20,000 through elimination of hand waste pick up at HSC dock.
• Cost Saving- Reduced UCI's parking G&A costs by $20,000.
