• The replacement of the campus wide card access system will cost approximately $400,000. To be funded from major maintenance.
• Funding needs to be identified to support the upgrade and/or replacement of the outdoor emergency phones. Total cost will be approximately $250,000. The current phones are maintained by Information Services. They indicate they have no funding for capital replacement.
