By submitting this form I agree to waive any right to hold Case or the individuals during performing this service liable for any damages incurred during the application of the etching solvent. Further, I agree that this service includes no guarantee by Case that my vehicle will not be subject to future theft or break-in attempts and therefore will not hold Case liable for any such incidents in the future.

Note: To date over 1,000 vehicles have been etched without damage to any vehicle.
