The incident occurred: Between 7 and 7:30 a.m., August 9, 2004

Type of incident: Simple Assault

Location of incident: Garage 14 at the West Quad

Incident description: A man approached a female employee of the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department Veterans Affairs Medical Center and said "I have to talk to you." The man pushed the woman up against a car, and then was frightened away by an approaching vehicle.

Suspect description: The suspect is described as a white male, 5''7", 160 pounds, medium build, brown hair, brown eyes, early 30s, wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.

Additional information: The woman was not injured.
