Type of Incident: Sexual Assault

Incident Occurred at: Edgehill Rd., Cleveland Hts.

Date of Occurrence: Friday, October 8, 2004

Time of Occurrence: 6:45am

Incident Description: A female CASE student was walking down Edgehill Road when she was physically grabbed by a male and dragged off the sidewalk where she was sexually assaulted.

Description of Suspect: Black male, 25 to 40 years of age, 5'4" tall, medium build, medium complexion, large nose, wearing a green flannel shirt.
