This incident took place off campus but Case Police & Security Services want to inform the campus community of the incident. 

Location of Incident: Derbyshire Road, Cleveland Heights, OH

Date of Incident: Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

Time of Incident: 7:15 p.m

Incident Description: While walking to her residence in Cleveland Heights a CWRU student was approached on Derbyshire Road by a female who exited a white sedan and asked for directions. A male then exited the vehicle and forced the student into the car, displaying a handgun. The student was then taken to several ATM's where the suspects withdrew cash using the victim's card, the victim was then dropped off in the Shaker Square area while the suspects left in the vehicle.

Suspect Description: The driver of the vehicle is described as a black female, late teens, 5'4 140lbs, wearing a black hat with a colorful print and a flat bill. The male suspect is described as a black male with a light skinned complexion and a tall & thin build. There may have been a third male suspect in the vehicle, no other description available.

Additional Information: The investigation of this incident is ongoing.
