Application Process
Rental applications are available in our office, located at 11457 Mayfield Road, or by email.
Completed applications must be submitted within one business day from the date of showing or application pick-up, along with a deposit equal to one month's rent, during normal business hours. Rejected applications will have all monies refunded.
A photo id (i.e. student id, passport, driver's license, or state id) must be presented at the time your application is submitted.
All applicants must meet the established rental criteria.
*Case students and students of affiliated institutions will be given priority over non- students.
Rental Criteria
Your combined monthly income must be a minimum of 3 times the monthly rental fee and must also be verifiable.

Your credit rating must currently be satisfactory.

You may require a lease guarantor (co-signer). If you require a guarantor, they must pass the same application and screening process.

A deposit equal to two months rent must be submitted to our office. (security deposit + last month's rent)
Approved Applicants
Applicants will be notified regarding approval within one week. Upon approval, a date and time will be arranged for signing of the lease and other required documents.
First month's rent is due before move-in (prior to issuance of keys). Personal checks, bank checks, and money orders are the only acceptable forms of payment. We do not accept cash or credit cards. Checks should be made payable to: Case Western Reserve University.
Arrangements for obtaining keys and move-in inspections are done by appointment only, Monday thru Friday, between 9:00am and 4:30pm. |
