The Office of Real Estate & Property Management provides a range of services in support of the University's mission. Our core activities revolve around the daily management and leasing services of University owned rental properties. In addition, our office is responsible for administering payment of real estate taxes, maintaining the University's real estate inventory, and managing donated gift properties. We serve the University community and beyond by striving to consistently improve our services.
