Case Western Reserve University has contracted with JPMorgan Chase for a variety of Purchasing related cards. Case Procurement Distribution Services administers this "Procurement Card Suite" of purchasing tools to include the PCard, DCard, and the T&E Card.
Links for applications for all cards can be found at the bottom of this page. Please ensure all required signatures are obtained before mailing original application to Procurement and Distribution Services, CASC room 207; LC: 4909. PCards and DCards will not be activated until the cardholder has completed training.
