Becoming an Effective Team Member

The workplace is filled with capable teammates — those who take initiative, over-deliver and inspire colleagues. Working on teams can be rewarding but at times one bad apple ruins the bunch. Teams need strong team players to perform well. But what defines such people? This workshop will examine some of the more common behaviors that plague teams and what we can learn from them in order to become better members ourselves.
