LEAD Candidates

Candidates must currently be in a supervisory role to be considered.

Program Curriculum

Participants must attend all sessions. The sessions include the following themes:

  • Skills Development:
    Explore learning styles, team dynamics, conflict management, managing diversity and emotional intelligence
  • Building and Managing Relationships:
    Learn best practices for leading others, building trust, rewards and recognition, coaching and developing others and networking for career success.
  • HR Policies:
    Understand current policies and how to apply them pragmatically.

Participants will be selected as a cohort group. By creating a shared experience participants will have the opportunity to build relationships with colleagues from different departments and divisions. The peer interaction strengthens the learning experience, promotes networking and increases the long term impact of the program.
