Wellness @ Case
Over the years, the cost of health care has steadily been increasing. National health spending is expected to reach $2.5 trillion in 2009 according to the National Coalition on Healthcare. There is evidence that many of the leading causes of death, illness and disability are due to modifiable and potentially avoidable behaviors. Therefore, Case views implementation of a university wide wellness program not as an option but a necessity. On behalf of the Department of Human Resources, the wellness team invites you to share in our enthusiasm as we move toward an enhanced wellness program targeted to improve the health and wellbeing of each and every employee. Join us as we team up with other wellness enthusiasts across campus to offer activities, educational seminars to increase our understanding of the importance of good health and improve our health habits accordingly.
