Goals and Objectives for FY15

  1. Create a University Staff Onboarding Program.
  2. Redefine the services to be delivered to better align support services to the needs/interests of the campus community.
  3. Introduce an employee engagement survey.
  4. Introduce an Human Resources Customer Services Satisfaction Survey.
  5. Introduce additional developmental and learning opportunities.
  6. Redefine eRecruit technology changes.
  7. Enhance our Wellness Program.
