Tuition Payment Options
E-Z Pay Tuition
Spread the cost of your term tuition and fees over four months with this monthly electronic payment option. Have your scheduled monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 15th of each month from June through January. E-Z Pay may be used for payment of educational expenses which include tuition, room and board, health insurance, and activity fees.

Extended Payment
Extend your tuition payment plan by two months. This plan is an extension of the E-Z Pay Tuition Payment Plan. There will be a 2.7% fee added to your plan and account if selected. The plan would run from October through November for the Fall semester and from February to March for the Spring semester.
If you would like to pay your education expenses monthly, use the Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option offered by our partner, Tuition Management Systems. The payment option is available for a small enrollment fee and includes personal account service and counseling, automated account information 24 hours a day, access to your account through their web site, www.afford.com and even gives you a chance to win one of eight annual $1,000 Tuition Management Systems Scholarships.
International Wire Transfer

Case Western Reserve University has partnered with peerTransfer to streamline the tuition payment process for international students. With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save money, as compared to traditional banks. You will be notified via email with instructions on how to pay peerTransfer from your home country bank account and when your payment is received by the university. To begin the payment process, goto PeerTransfer's website at case.peertransfer.com.
Electronic Payments
Make electronic payments online thru SIS. eChecks and credit card payments are accepted. Currently the Bursar's Office accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. A seperate 2.7% payment fee will be charged to your credit card payment, which is paid directly to the credit card company.
