Enter the On-Line Report Distribution system

The Electronic Report Distribution Project is a joint effort between the Controller's Office and Information Technology Services. The goal of the project is to provide the campus community with monthly reports as quickly as possible and to provide them in a user-friendly and easily accessible format.

PDF is the distribution of choice for the on-line reports. Some reports will also be available in Excel format. PDF documents require that Adobe® Acrobat® or Acrobat® Reader be installed on your computer. The complete version of Acrobat® is available on the Case Software Center for Case faculty and staff or you can download the free Acrobat® Reader from Adobe.

The On-line Report Distribution System can be accessed at the following URL: https://www.cwru.edu/cgi-bin/byrequest/getreports.pl. You must enter your CaseID and password to gain access to the reports.

Expense statements for the month of July 2003 were delivered both electronically and by paper through the normal delivery channels. August 2003 expense statements will also be delivered electronically and on paper. Beginning with the September 2003 reports, the CWGLS009 (Expense Statement for Operating & Instructional Funds) and CWGLS010 (Expense Statement for Endowment Funds) will no longer be produced on paper. Please review your online access by Friday, September 19 to ensure that you are able to view these reports. If you are unable to access the on-line report distribution system, please contact Daryl Robinson (daryl@cwru.edu) as soon as possible.

Salary and other General Ledger reports are being reviewed for Phase 2 implementation. More information on the progress of this phase will be coming soon.




IMPORTANT UPDATE:

12/02/03: Beginning with the December reports due in early January, the following reports will be available on-line only :

CWGLS009 - Income and Expense Statement for Operating and Instructional Funds
CWGLS010 - Income and Expense Statement for Endowment Funds

These reports will no longer be printed on paper and delivered by General Accounting. If you do not currently have access to the on-line statements please have your supervisor or department administrator contact Daryl Robinson at dwr2@case.edu to request access. You must have a current CaseID (formerly known as CWRUnet ID) to access the on-line reports. If you are not a Case employee and do not have a CaseID, you must request one. The request form is available on-line at http://cnswww.cns.cwru.edu/net/netinfo/affiliate-request.html. You will need to supply your CaseID when requesting access to the On-line Report Distribution System.

The CWGLS011 - Expense Statement for Project/Grant Funds will continue to be printed until further notice.
