How do I submit a job to printing services?
Black & White Duplication:
- Send your order using the Online ordering system
- FAX your order to (216) 368-1250
- We can pick up the order from you
- Bring your order to us ( locations
)
- Call the Print Center x2553 for reorders
Color Duplication:
- Send your order using the Online ordering system
- Bring your original to the Kelvin Smith Library Print Center
where the color copier/printer is located.
- Send your document from your desktop directly to the color
copier/printer. Call Dave at x2553 to learn how to obtain
the correct print drivers to allow you to print from your
desktop to the color printer.
- We can pick up the order from you.
Printing (stationery, business
cards, etc.):
- Send your order using the Online ordering system
- Call x2550 to discuss your specific needs
- We can pick up the order from you
- Send your order over the network
- Visit Business Office ( locations
) to choose from a wide variety of paper stock

Do I have to have a purchase
requisition form?
We NO LONGER require a purchase requisition:
Simply use the online ordering system or fill out one of our
order
forms is all that is required for Case departments.

How long will it take until
my work is completed?
- Please let us know what your deadlines are. We will try
and meet them and let you know your options as you place the
order. In general, use the following as a guideline:
- You can wait if it is a simple, low volume duplicating job
that does not need copyrighting, finishing, etc.
- Normal turnaround for duplication is within 48 hours.
Please let us know if you will need sooner. We will do
everything we can to accommodate your needs.
- More complicated jobs (copyright, finishing, etc.) take
from 4 to 7 days.
- Printing jobs (stationery, business cards, etc.) take from
5 to 7 days, once the proof is ok'd.

How much will it cost?
- Use "Quick
Quote" to estimate simple copying and finishing orders.
- Provide us with your specific information and we will contact
you with an estimate, usually within 24 hours.
For a non-standard printing order (e.g. invitations with
envelopes, reply cards and mailing, etc.), please allow two
days for your estimate.

Can I submit a job to Printing
Services if I do not wish to use a Case departmental account?
Yes. Printing Services is available to Case faculty, staff,
students and student groups or anyone, anywhere.
You may pay by check, or use cash at any of our locations.
You may pay using your CaseOne card at our Thwing Center location.

How do I know if the order requires
printing or copying?
Give us a call at x2550 and we will help you. It may be possible
to process your order either way; we will give you an idea
of relative costs and turnaround times.

Who do I call if I have questions
about a job that I have already submitted to Printing Services?
Call your initial contact person or location . We can let
you know where your job is in the pipeline, and whom to talk
to with questions or changes.

How will I get the job back?
- You can ask us to deliver it.
- If the job is larger and the time flexible, we will send
your work back to you via campus mail.
- You can pick up your job from us.

Can you print a job for me and
mail it out?
Yes, if your job needs to be copied or printed and then mailed
out, we will take care of this for you.
NOTE : For Mailings ONLY that require processing for presort
or nonprofit rates using the US Postal Service, please call
x2565, Case Mailroom, for further information.
