If You are Accused of Sexual Harassment

If you are named in a first-hand allegation of sexual harassment, the allegation must be reported to a designated university official. The university will make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of all parties involved in an investigation of sexual harassment, but confidentiality can't be guaranteed.

Complaints must be brought within two years of the latest alleged incident. The university reserves the right to discipline members of the university community who bring false complaints of sexual harassment.

Members of the university community who violate Case's sexual harassment policy may be disciplined, up to and including being discharged for cause or being expelled from the university.

Retaliation against persons raising concerns about sexual harassment is prohibited and will consitute separate grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including discharge or explulsion from the university.
